Sophakama is a community-based organisation operating in the Joe Slovo Township in the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan area of the Eastern Cape.  We strive to make a difference in this impoverished community through a range of community services which include Health Services (Disease management), Health Communication (Prevention), Children Services (OVC's) and Advocacy (Accessing Social Services) and Improving Livelihoods.
