We are so excited to have formed a new partnership with local funder, African Unity Foundation (AUF). 

AUF will be funding and assisting Sophakama during 2012/2013 with the following initiatives:

• Purchase of an additional container and upgrade of existing container at the Joe Slovo site to be used for OVC services such as counselling and after school learning programmes;
• Printing of Sophakama passports for OVC's and clients of Sophakama;Funding of a Professional Nurse to strengthen quality home based care services to clients;
• Coordinating a Charity Drive for donations of old school shoes, stationery, sports equipment, toys and books for OVC's registered with Sophakama.
