During 2012, Sophakama with the assistance of one of its key partners, Oxfam, commissioned consultants to establish a three year strategic plan and a monitoring and evaluation framework for the organisation.

Sophakama Strategic Development Process

Sophakama is proud to announce that the organisation has been very busy with developing its Strategy (2012-2015) as well as an effective Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system.  Consultants have assisted the organisation through this process which included establishing a base line Situational Analysis as well as an Impact Evaluation on Sophakama.

Both the Strategy and aligned M&E Framework are now complete and Sophakama has commenced implementation of activities.
